Issues connecting Rice's plugin

I...uh..got PJ64 and uh....I WAS going to retexture via the N64 retexturing guide, but the uh....rice's plugin isn't listed in the plugins section of the PJ64 odtions.
*I also can't uh....find "dump textures to file" 'checkbox'.*

Rice's plugin isn't included with PJ64. If you have further questions, ask in the appropriate place. This forum is for PJ64 and it's default plugins only.
