Is there an HQ2X, 3X, or 4X Plugin for the Playstation Emulators?

I'm looking for a plugin stated in topic for the epsxe emulator. I found one with 2XSai and Eagle mode but no HQ2X.

None to my knowledge exist. I suggest you bug Pete to include it in his SoftGPU plugin for use with 2D games.
