Internet Game Site Ripping Me Off...possible

OK point your browsers to http://www.gamer.uk.com/. Looks pretty legit doesnt it? Imagine my excitement when I ordered a gamecube for £130 with Pikimin coming as a free bonus (the sales over now). Its been 2 weeks and I've heard absolutely NOTHING from the site. Try phoning their support and the phone rings constantly without anyone answering and their email address is the same as well with no replies. Could anyone from the UK tell me what I could do in terms of actually getting my order to arrive/ or could anyone whos ordered from the site tell me their experiences?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thats why I'm glad we have the Better Business Beureu here. A lot of people here think the BBB is useless, but they have operatives everywhere in the states and one email submission to the BBB and I get a phone call or e-mail from the offending business in a week usually (I've done it twice, often internet businesses are harder to work with than normal ones). In terms of forcing them to comply with the order, the BBB has no such power, but they keep records, and people are free to access those records before they buy stuff from them and that encourages businesses to play nice. I don't know if England has anything similar but its worth checking into.

did u print out ur invoice after u did ur order, and also did u check how long delivery should be. some places take up to 28 days for cheap/free delivery. i always check this shit first. however if it was like next day delivery or sumthing, i dunno, thats pretty dodgy.

it's going to take fucking ages for Royal Mail to get the job done, if they've even shipped it, hell I ordered 4 DVD's and three turned up on friday and the other still hasn't turned up yet, conversely I sent my job application on a thursday it got there friday I got the confirmation card on the saturday, the royal mail is fucked beyond belief, I can't wait till they get some actual competition

Oh thanks guys for your advice, after sending about 10 emails, 2 with slight profanities, my order 'magically appeared' on my account. Apparently i ordered it last night at 11oclock and my memories of typing in credit card details are mere hallucinations. I'm still incredibly happy that my gamecubes coming but dammit when you're spending that much money over the net using a credit card, you'd expect a bit more care being taken over the order, not the 'ignore the customer until he starts screaming' approach taken here.

because it's a new art style that all game artisits want to use and play with, although it's been used in the right circumstances such as for Zelda, but it's being used for racing games and games which should not have cel-shading.
