International FF7?

Hey, I'm downloading FF7 and the filename is: Final_Fantasy_VII_(International).tar

Does that mean it's going to be in a different language or something?

Also, please try to be optimisitc... It would suck if it didn't work seeing as how I've been downloading it for like 2 or 3 days.
