I did some fiddling around with v0.2a, and found the "lowest allowed cpu clock" location:

the original byte being 0x32 (50).
(for the memory location add 0x400000.)
note: clocking the CPU too low causes repeated pausing and probably instability and/or lock ups, fiddle at your own risk.
not sure if this is actually useful though.. let's all upgrade to something fancy and get it over with
anyone got 500 bucks I can have for a shiny new Athlon 64? Anyone? No? Oh well.
