IE7 Spanish download link request

According to this page...

Internet Explorer 7: worldwide sites

... IE7 is already available in spanish. However when I click on the Spain or Latin America sites, a IE7 RC1 download page appears. I already googled for it without results.
I know you guys are good searching things, would you find it for me please?

from the link to the "worldwide" off the english download site, Internet Explorer 7: worldwide sites says only RC1 is out for spanish right now but the official release is to come...

Before I posted this thread, the page looked exactly as is now, the thing is that when I clicked in the Spain or Latin America site, the thing described in the first post happened...
