Small update, fixed the bug when iDeaS start and other small improvements.
Add resampling to 44100 hz for audio plugin and fixed a bug when it load a savestate.

I did read the changelog, but I haven't seen the previous versions,so I did not know.

Yeah, but they put changelog in it to prevent people from ask the repeating questions, you know ? It's best to read the changelog first.

I do know that.
I normally use NO$GBA.
The only thing I knew about ideas was the graphic problem.
and that is why I did not see the change log of the older versions.

When NeonDS's author makes a full 3D engine and gets more games to work, like Pokemon Diamond/Pearl and Mario Kart DS, it will be a damn successful emulator.

Yeah, it is still in development. The sound is not perfect.
