I need help

Hello. Ive heard about this PS2 emulator and I couldnt wait to give it a try. I downloaded the binary data, but when I tried to execute it, appeard a message saying...

"Missing LIBATK-1.0-0.DLL"

Do I need to download any special library to run it?

I havent seen any link or reference in the download section...
