Hey everyone, I have a make-shift cab for my Neo-Geo games and have only ran Nebula on there for the last 4 years... I've just got a 15 inch flat screen lcd and installed it the other day and it looked a hellalot better than my 13 year old sanyo... I came across the HQ2X plugin' and it looked even that much more better... The thing is that that cab is only for Nebula that means I don't have a keyboard or mouse readly aviable on that system without pulling the cab out of the corner... Windows starts up with Nebula and I control it all with my X-Arcade joystick... In the old classic GUI there is no option for that HQ2X plugin... I've looked all over the place for an answer, so I guess this may be my last attemp to resolve it... Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again in advance....
