How to make a 1st_read.bin?

I tryto self img

Cdirip,isofix result ->bootable.bin renamed ip.bin

but i dont know make a 1st_read.bin

anyone knows this?

I'm not too sure ethier, each game has there own unique 1st_read.bin. So I don't think you can just create one.

I'm not that sure though.
