How do you get PJ64 to remember your ROMS?

I've been having a problem lately in trying to get cheat codes to work. It seems that my ROM doesn't appear on the list when you first start up PJ64. In order to get cheats I need the ROM to appear on that list. can anyone help?

Place all your ROMs into one folder, run Project 64, go to file-> choose ROM directory and select the directory where your roms are.
