How do I speed up Chankast?

i've played SA2B, and the first part of the level is much faster than that of my emulated dreamcast version. is that a difference between games, or is chankast running slowly on mine?

You don't. Chankast only runs as fast or slow as your system allows it to. It does have an integrated frameskip that is always on, and can't be changed.

Well, you can try to underclock/overclock the CPU by pressing +/- on the numpad, but that often doesn't change things. Still, you'd probably be much happier with Demul or nullDC, those two being lightyears ahead of Chankast in every way. If you want ot keep using Chankast, that fine, but you should know that there are far better alternatives.
