How do I make a fully working ISO?

I wanted to play Code Veronica, and I only know that pc doesn't run GDs. I wanted to know how do I make an Iso that works with Chankast. I have CloneCD.

sorry but you need to use an adapter connected to your pc and rip the game to the hdd.

That would be a Dreamcast to PC coders cable, as no PC CD or DVD ROM drive can read original retail copies of Dreamcast games.
