Hi, I'm completely new at this and a bit of help would be appreciated.

I've emulated before, but nothing big. GBA, SNES, and a bit of NES. I recently downloaded pj 64 and got an OoT ROM. I don't know how to take screenshots, but the beginning is alright, except the text in the main menu is black and fuzzy. I little to no tech knowledge. I do have a bit, but nothing I'm sure compared to you guys. So I'm basically asking if someone could walk me through setting up pj 64 so that it runs the best way possible for my PC. I'm on a laptop so I can't switch out my card, and I'm not sure which driver is the best, or how to install new ones. I'm pretty low tech. Anyway, my IM is Songslinger85 should any of you decide to help me and not use a message board. Thank you very much.

OS: Windows XP Service Pack 2
Intel Pent III 1133MHZ
1.13 GHZ and 496 RAM.

Critical spec is your video hardware. Without knowing what it is, I can only suggest updated drivers and/or alternate video plugins.

Had same problem

you will have to get in to your advanced settings and try differant setting my text was so black I could not see it on the first part of the game
