help!!

I can't configure controllers right...

I can enter the controll configuration menu and make the changes I need to... but after I have pushed the ok button and started the bios I can't use those setting I have just putted...
when I enter the controll configuration menu again everything is gone!! all settings have vanished!! :down:

it happens everytime! so I can't start the game from bios menu or play any games because the controller doesn't listen!!!
