Help!

I have marvel vs capcom 2 burned in a CD-R. Does Chanka load CD-Rs?
I was using Chankast0.2a the i loaded the bios but it didn´t run the cd, it says that doesn´t have a CD in the drive. Now, I´ve downloaded the chankautilities and it doesn´t run the bios nor the CD.
What can I do to run this CD?
Someone help me!
