Help with Rice video 6.1 plugin

I have been playing the game "WWF No Mercy" on "Project 64 1.6" when this problem happened:

Everything works fine in the main menu and character select screen, but smackdown mall has the same problem.

Any idea how to fix this? I've asked everywhere.

I will post my video plugin settings if you need them.

All of those work fine but I want to work using textures.

SRKO you can delete them by clicking edit. There will be an option to delete them.

I am using Project 64 v 1.6 not 1964 and I doubt it's my video card, it works fine with Jabo's plugin

Yeah, but Rice video is the official plugin of 1964, so if you post there you might get some more knowledgable people.
