HELP with LOADING SAVES from gamefaqs.com!!!

ok so i downloaded some from gamefaqs and some from another site,, but everytime i start the game and go to vmu, i select load save, and i select the file i downloaded, but then the emulator says error becasue i need the save in a vmi/vms pair or something! the sites only gave me a vmi file! what do i do? sorry if this has been asked before! i really wanna load up the saves for marvel vs. capcom 2 so i can get all characters! i suck at fighting games but love strider and spiderman and jill, captain commando, iron man, etc so i really wanna unlock all those characters!

You have to download both Dreamcast DCI & VMS files. Usually the person who posts the saved game has 2 files posted on the site which are the DCI and the VMS file.

yeah but when i click the dci file in gamefaqs, nothing downloads, just takes to a page w/ random letters/numbers

Thats odd. I just clicked on the link with the DCI file and it worked fine.

Probably internet explorer issues...
Player you should try opera/firefox and it should work... tried both...

cool downloaded it w/ internet explorer. firefox didn't work for me
