Hmmm, smells like piracy in here.........

Nothing personal, but seriously, don't be a hypocrite. He never even hinted towards downloading anything. "Detecting" piracy is about as bad as trolling.

It makes even more sense that it his own because it isn't selfboot.

That doesn't necessarily mean that the game is non-selfboot. Like cel123 said, it has to do with Chankast not recognizing the disc properly, thanks to DT's oddities.

His image isn't self bootable. Later versions of Deamon Tools have problems with Nero images, but he has a BIN/CUE image, so that's not the problem.

Check if you selected the right drive in Chankast. If you did and it still doesn't work, you'll have to make it self bootable. There are many tools to do it. Look around on the forums here, you'll find many threads.

i tried daemon 3.29 but i have the same results it just go to the cd player in the bios screen.when i mount it it has these files:
DOA2 folder
1ST_READ.BIN
IP.BIN
0GDTEX.PVR

Do i have to mess with the 1ST_READ.BIN and IP.BIN?
I tried b2b but nothing happened can anyone explain to me how to use exoskeletor's program:sombrero:

Well, it had problems with some kind of images, but BIN/CUE images work on every version of Deamon Tools. He just needs to make his image self bootable.

First for all, yes i have Doa2 as an original for the dreamcast.
But now too my Problem. You say you have downloaded Dead or Alive 2 (NTSC) in the Archiv dead2.bin & cue? I´ve downloaded the same. I become also the CD-player by trying to run this game. My (LE) Version works. You say you got it two work. My Question is how you get it working? I´ve tried Exoskeletor 1.1 but the createt cdi image brings me also the cd player by running the game. Plz help me. Sorry for my bad english.

I used b2b with the gui and i dragged dead2.bin in the drag and drop gui and it made the new image in cdi format then mounted it in daemon 3.29.

USE DAEMON 3.29:sombrero:
If you cant make it work play on a real DC instead its not too enjoyable in chankast coz' it slow...13-15fps in my comp. :(
