Help with closing the emulator

When i start the rom i cannot exit the emulator, i try Ctrl alt del. that does nothing. i cant click on any other windows or anything. any suggestions? running on vista if it matters.

EDIT: Nevermind i think i fixed it i tried CTRL ALT ESC and it worked.

Haha yeah.

I'm guessing you were in full screen mode and when you pressed Ctrl + Escape (Alt didn't even do anything...) the start menu came up allowing you to close?

Actually: all you need to do is press ESC, and nothing else. ESC activates and deactivates full-screen.

Or you could technically also use Winkey, Winkey + D, or Alt + Tab...

depends on what the issue was caused by.
there is one where you can't get out of full screen at all as the D3D display device is locked.

Yeah so in that case Alt+F4 would have worked. ^_^

no, it wouldn't have.

you would have to force the entire shell to unload and reload to fix it, which requires logging out.
