Help setting up Graphic plugin

Hello.

The N64 games tend to chop a bit, and the FPS drop some times, and I tried twidling with the graphic settings, but to no help. So, someone give a good setup for the graphics/sound please?

Specs are: 1,67 Ghz, 512 MB RAM and a Radeon 9600 with 128 MB RAM.

And no, I am not sure where to post this.

Many games would "chop a bit" when played on the N64. Observe the VI/s counter. It if remains at a steady 60 NTSC or 50 PAL, then everything is normal.
