Lack of sound is normal in first party Nintendo games as mentioned in several threads throughout the forum, there's nothing you can do to fix it other than wait for the emulator to improve.

By you're PC specifications you listed, I am going to take a guess and say you should be seeing anywhere from 10 - 20 FPS in Zelda: WW. It is unlikely you'll see any better speed with you're current system.

Currently the best speeds are seen with Core2Duo processors with users able to run this game between 35 - 40 FPS or better.

However at this current time AMD64 processors aren't as good in terms of performance on Dolphin as Core2Duo's or even Phenoms.

Just to be sure if everything is enabled, open the Dolphin.ini and check to see if Dynarec is set to True.

Also open the gfx_DX9.ini and gfx_OGL.ini files and set DLOptimize to True.

Make sure you are using the newest/newer revision as the newer builds contain quite a bit of improvements and fixes over the older builds.

You can download new revision in the link in my signature, I will upload a new revision at least once a day or if there are significant improvements.

Ive tryed with the SVN 490 x86 and its a little bit better, but still not playable. Everytime i open the emulator it shows an error message in the "Plugin_VideoDX9.dll"

Ive tryed to play Super Smash Bros and the fps was ok, but the graphics had some failures. I think thats the problem.

If you're getting an error on launch of the emulator about the DirectX video plugin and/or padsimple, update you're DirectX to the latest runtimes (August 2008).

As for speed, I think that is as good as you'll be able to get with you're current system specifications. Upgrading you're system would yield better results and performance but the cost is not justified considering it would be much cheaper just to play on a Gamecube.
