Help me run 1964 on this crappy computer

I've tried everything, and I can't seem to get any of my games to run fast on this computer..
I'm using:

1964 0.8.5
Jabo's Direct3D6 1.5.1
Azimer's Audio v0.30 (Old Driver)
Jabo's DirectInput7 1.5

I've gotten the Ocarina of Time to run the fastest (45+ NTSC), and some of the graphics are missing.. I don't know what to do. I've downloaded drivers, downloaded plugins, and changed my resolution to 800 by 600. Can anyone please help me? Or should I give up and wait for 1964 0.9.9?

well you can try and play some of the games with no sound in fullscreen,i get very good speeds when in fullscreen,you might need to wait for 1964.99 or 1.0 because the speed is even better:),are you using fsaa and af with jabo's plugin?

For your processing speed I recommend waiting until the 0.9.9 version comes out to be playing the 256MB+ roms, as you have a slow processor (include Goldeneye in that list), I am assuming that 1964 0.9.9 is faster since I have never used it. Many say that you could run everything at full speed even with your slow processor.

Well, Rice posted a screenshot of Conker Bad Fur Day running at 60 FPS and since CFD is a 512 MB game and Rice´s PC is 500 Mhz I think it may be true.

You can use this

www.geocities.com\rich_stol\speedcpu.zip

(might crash your computer probably not)
You will have to set CF=7 for most games.

Here is a small game compatibility list and the plugins you will need
It is in spreadsheet format. These settings work well on my 333MHz

Goldeneye also works well with UltraHLE 2064 for some levels.

rico001, aren't those settings the ones that can be set in System Properties? Go to Control Panel->System Properties->Advanced Options->Performance->Advanced Options (aren't the MS guys funny, you need to go to Advanced Options twice).

That's more user friendly than modding the registry ;)

ya que sos de chile decime: como llego a ese lugar que decis ahi? (suponiendo que tenes el XP en español) porque yo no tengo nada en el panel de control que diga opciones avanzadas.

The AutoCF and Auto Frameskip are the worst s#it I've ever seen! Turning both on slows down around 50%! That's sick!
