Ok can someone give me a detailed explaination on how to fix this? Like step-by-step I mean.

Here's my problem. I always get an error when I try to run Project64. It always says "unable to allocate memory" then when I click OK, i get the same message, and when I click OK again it dissappears and nothing happens. I have installed 1.5 final and SP1 as well. Any ideas on how to fix this?

and how would i disable logitech? im using microsoft keyboards and mouse not logitech

Here is what I did, I went and disabled all the starup programs using msconfig, restart, if the program works you have to go ahead and select the programs one by one, log out-login (or restart but it is slower) to find the culprit app.
