help cant play

Hello, can somebody pls help me I have a problem regarding dolphin everytime I try to play it says "cant Init D3d you probably havent installed the last version(9.0c)"
could somebody pls help me out, I'm a noob

This means you need the latest version of DirectX nstaled on your computer. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=0A9B6820-BFBB-4799-9908-D418CDEAC197&displaylang=en and get it. You should be ok from there.
