Help, 1964 hates my plugins.

I honestly have no clue what I'm doing wrong, I've gotten plugins to work on 1964 before, now all of a sudden, they stop working. Well actually the real problem is I can't select the darn plugins in the change plugin option. They won't show up. I download those plugins straight from this messageboard. I downloaded RiceVideo 6.1.1beta6 and I can't select the plugin even though I put it in the plugin folder. I check the path of the folders and they're correct, yet I'm still stuck with only Rice 5.2.0 (or something like that) as my only choice. Can someone please explain what the heck am I doing wrong?

Oh it's not just RiceVideo either, I tried the newest Glide64 and it didn't show up either... of course, Glide64 was kind of confusing. I downloaded a warpper called eVoodoo, I got it to work once but I forgot how. The current Glide64 is newer than the one I got working before. There's tons of folders and they don't make sense. I read the read me and only figured out where to put the ini files. Not even sure what I'm suppose to be doing with all those folders.

you can try cleaning out your registry of any plugin entries. HKEY_CURRENT_USER ->> SOFTWARE. There should be anything with Rice daedalus or something, delete it.
