having a little cheat problem

when ever i access the cheat menu in and out of game
for some reason the only thing i see is the title of the box "cheat etc..."
and the X to close the box
thats all i see
ive tried to restart the pj64
i dont no wat else to do
can anyone help me

move your mouse to the bar, when you see your mouse change to an arrow, click and drag, then you can see the content.
