When I start playing 1964 without any graphic plugin it goes incredibly fast with no way of slowing down. PLease help me.

Are you referring to that when you load a game, it doesn't start?

no the game works but it is incredibly fast. I don't know any way to slow it down.

Under the CPU-menu, check Enable Video Speed Sync. Should set it to run normal speed.

Anyway, it's under Edit-->Game settings.

You must select a plugin for that matter, too.

Don't go call emulator shit or tell it that they suck. If you think so, then keep your thoughts for yourself.
As for that it runs anything, it does. Just as much as Project64, maybe more.
