Greetings. Assistance Please?

First i would like to say hello, I am new to these forums but have been reading them for about 2 weeks now decided to register today.

Ok so now that i have said my hellos i shall post my problem, I have a rom for Record of Lodoss war it is an NRG file when i mount it with daemon tools and load it up Chankast crashes right after the SEGA logo. Im not to sure what the reason for this is.. i have Powerstone 2 which is also an NRG file and it loads fine (with occasional crashes at certain stages in gameplay..) Im not really sure why this happens.. Ive thought about converting the file useing fastboot but i do not have the 1st_read.bin and the other .bin file needed... if anyone could help me with this problem i would greatly appreciate it.

Sys specs are as follows: 2.1 ghz proccessor 1gb DDR ram nvidia GeForceFX 5200 with 256mb ddr memory 100 gb (58 gb free) HD.

On a brighter note i have something i can contribute information on two roms i have tryed with chankast! i dont believe in asking for things and never contributeing anything so here you go.

Jet Grind Radio: Plays nearly flawlessly infact i just beat the game last nite everything is intact and the game is 100% Crash free from begining to end.

Jet Grind Radio Problems: The problems are few and far between sometimes large graffiti fades out at far camera distances, certain parts of characters faces may dissapear at random times, and last of all during cutscenes with Proffessor K alot of his dialog gets cut off before he finishes speaking, as well as certain dialogs running slower than the pictures and such provided resulting in a character still speaking even at the Save game menu!

Jet Grind Radio: Overall.. runs perfectly not to much junk to deal with just a great game with very interesting gameplay a true Sega kinda game ^.~

Powerstone 2: An awsome game that rivals (imho) nintendos smash hit Super Smash brothers. Few problems during play but things get bad later on..

Powerstone 2 Problems: Crashes around the 3rd fight in all modes.. ive had it NOT crash one time and iwas happy.. there are some character model errors such as everyone appearing to be made of chrome when in their "super powerstone" forms.. other than that you can have a lil fun with this one. ^.~

There was a trick to get Record of Lodoss War to boot but it will still crash on the beginning. For Powerstone 2, you have to deal with it.
Please don't mix ISO with ROM, they are two different things. ISO come from cd, dvd, and other optical devices that could be mounted on a virtual drive. ROM on the other hand come from cartridges, and game board (Arcade).

Well the emulator is only at its 3rd release, so it is there is going to be crashes in random places and certain games will not work because they are missing a part that is yet to be or to be fully emulated. Just wait for the next version and maybe these problems will be resolved.

Thanks for the info.. so i guess ill have to wait for the next release to get lodoss working eh? one last question i forgot to post above.. i got DOA2LE i have two files one 2kb file that is an MDS and one 734mb (i believe) that is a MDF file.. can anyone tell me what i would do with these when useing fastboot? thanks.. i looked at the fastboot instructions but it doesnt seem to work.. i get an IO error or something when i run the ISO (ps i called it rom before because alot of people associate them as ROMS when people think of rom they think of video game from console to PC hehe but in the future.. ill say iso.) :evil:
