graphics plugin help!

Hi guys!
Im relatively experienced (at least in playing games lol)
but I just wondered which graphics plugin and settings which
would work best for my computer specs, because there is alot of plugins.
My computer is :

Amd Sempron 2800+(2.0ghz)
2x 512mb ddr memory sticks.
geforce 6800 gt (overclocked)
15" lcdscreen (desktop res is 1024x768)

Im currently using the default plugins for pj64.

Thanks, I just downloaded the latest rice plugin, going to test it with banjo kazooie now.
