Graphical Error with No$Gba

When I try to run The Legend Of Zelda: Four Sword at No$Gba...

Without the Bios = Nice Graphs, but crashes when P1 enters on the game

With the bios = Graphical Errors but don't crash.

Why that happens? Is the bios that I'm using? (For what I saw, there's 2 type of GBA.ROM)

Yeah, but what happens if I want to play that game with a friend? As you know, "Legend Of Zelda: Four Sword" only works with 2 players or more.

What is the difference of the both bios files? (I'm not asking for it, I just want to know what is the difference)
