Graphic Issues

Alright, here's one for ya. I just upgraded my video card to an ATI HD 2400 (yes that was an upgrade for me), and since I've done this, Project 64 started behaving unusually. Nearly all text within every game was completely screwed up, and its as if the games no longer know what textures to put where. Because the games actually run fine, the emulator doesn't crash. I tried downloading different emulators and different updates, but the same problem holds true for all software. What on earth could be causing this?

If you are suggesting that I update the driver, it is already up to date. Perhaps it might help if I mention that this is an AGP card.
