Glide Wrappers

I'm sorry you may think i'm dumb but can someone tell me what a glide wrapper is because i'm afraid that when i activate it I can't use my normal video card.

A glide wrapper basically translates Glide calls into an API your card can understand (I believe).

Your video card will not be affected in anyway, so don't fret about using one if needs be with Glide64 (Evoodoo is the only wrapper that supports Glide3x.dll needed for Glide64 btw).
