Gens32 Surreal 1.90 std question

So I started using Gens32 1.90 std to emulate SegaCD. I notice when I load a SegaCD game it has some ridiculous sound effect that is akin to a cd drive reading a disc while loading data. Anyone have an idea how to disable it?

Never mind. I switched to a classic. I don't know how I overlooked it but KEGA Fusion v3.64 (with Perfect Sync enabled) which is 3 years older then the latest Gens32 version will run all my Master System/Game Gear/Genesis/32X and SegaCD stuff flawlessly.
