Genesis emulation issues

Hi folks, Im having a problem running Gens32 v1.80 and Kega Fusion v361 My roms wont load. I just get a black screen, sometimes with a tapping sound. I dont know what the problem is and cold use some help. Thanks. My PC specs are:

WinXP SP3, Pentium 4, CPU 2.60 GHz, RAM 1.0GB, NVIDIA Geforce 6800 GT

My monitor settings are 1280x1024 at 75 hertz

First, I would check your ROMs with GoodGEN to see if they're good. If they are good, then I would check your graphics drivers.

Thanks for your help. It turns out the rom was corrupted.
