game running to fast, no audio!

whats the default settings in these games: legend of zelda - ocarina of time and goldeneye? and the main project64 emulator?

i guess those questions have been asked 632473249 times but i hope someone can help!

speed and audio in zelda fixed. I has set the plugin directory in my default map for project64, so now is it where it should be

i have read the manual for the settings and tried it, but now golden eye wont even load, and i know the rom is in the right directory, so it must be some wrong emulator setting

please help someone!

Tried iconoclast's n64 list?
You can also reset all settings and then be able to try again (described in manual).
Specs also helps, you know.
