Game not loading

when I load 007 evething or nothing .gcm I see "booting" then the dolphin screen go white blank and noting else happen.

any ideal?

I have a amd 2400+ 1gig ram and Ati 9800 aiw
Win Xp sp2 realtek ac97

check the compat list, Im not sure that game even boots...
