FPS problem

Hello

I can admit im a noob at GC emulators, but i have a problem.
I am trying to open Mario Sunshine (USA) in dolphin emulator. But when i load it, it just waits for a long time. But at last it begins, but i only have 4~ fps. Something must be wrong, i have a good computer that must be able to play some GC games on it. Actually, i think its something wrong with the game. But if i have missed something in any settings or something like that, please help me!

Nope, nothing is wrong.

That is how fast GC games run at the moment.

Actually, Project 64 uses HLE, if you read up, Low level emulation is an option now, and it only runs at about 5-30 FPS.

That's what i get...:S is it something wrong with my computer?

In the menus, and that kind of stuff, you get higher than normal FPS. In gameplay, you get really low FPS.
