FPS in games

Hi

Um, where can I set the fps limit so that when limit fps is enabled it runs at the speed I want it. With it off, fps varies from 150 to 300 fps. With it on its at 60 but imo this is not fast enough. More importantly, why is the speed that the game is played at linked to the fps...shouldn't this be separate? ie: I want to be able to run the game at normal speed with fps limit off.

Why would you want it faster than 60??? Thats perfect. A US N64 can't run faster than 60 fps.

he wants the age-old thing of uncoupling video from core/audio/input.. cannot do, not feasibly anyway, its an emulator.
