Formatting the VMS

I am trying to format the VMS file, I seen the message about going to "plugins->configure->select vms at controllers-> start bios-> go file->erase memcards->fin" but, I don't have that option available and/or I don't know how to get to it, I can get as far as "plugins->configure" and that's about it. Any help would be appreciated, thx...

Go to plugins>configure. Now select VMS under your controller port A or whatever. Now you can format throuugh the BIOs.

TIP: Don't ask where to download it. How you get it? There are tutorials on the net for dumping the BIOS from your Dreamcast...
