Technically, Corn is the fastest N64 emulator available. Like PJ64, its discontinued, and has LOW compatability and accuracy.

I suggest you to use UltraHLE 2064, I was able to run games at full speed on my old celeron 433 with Jabo D3D

You can try Nemu and 1964. For some games Nemu, for some 1964 is faster. Try them both on the rom you want to run.
