hi, im newbie here. i've just manage to run chankast 0.25 to run in a fast way.
recently, i've tested it in MVC2, CVS2 and PROJECT JUSTICE where i have some slowdown on my pc running in 40/60.

i've downloaded 66.93 driver from nvidia(i'm using GF4 mx440 128mb), updated my drivers and install coolbits3d(where you can adjust clock frequency of your vid. card) ocing it to 290/430(275/332 default).

now i'm running with 63-65/60, sometimes 55/60(MVC2,CVS2).
also in PROJECT JUSTICE ive got 33/30 before the fight, then back at 58/60.

hope this help.

This can help a lot, but overclocking your video card can permanetly damage it if you dont know what you are doing. This is not for someone that has no idea of what they are doing. You increase the chance of overheating when overclocked.

I assume since I have a thermometer on my heatsink I am protected from overheating, as I can stop when the temperature rises to high, correct?

thanks for the advice. it's just a basis of trial and error. i know overclocking is dangerous, just monitor your rigs temp and your safe.

Be careful. I volt modded my Geforce FX 5900 xt and overclocked it to 530/940 @ 1.85 volts and the regulator popped after about 2 days at that voltage. It ran 1.8 fine for almost a month. I had to mess with it. :whistling

I hope that we can replace the regulator and get the card in working order again. It really kicked butt at that speed. (7024 3dmarks in 3dmark03)

Have fun,

i didn't do volt modding bec. it's too risky, i just leave it at stock volt. i put a l fan to blow air in my vid. heatsink to cool it. just don't over overclock(15% overclock is good, mine is 317/382), now i've manage again to run chankast 0.25 at a faster speed, 66/60 in mvc2, 70/60 cvs2, 58/60 in project justice. i've downloaded game xp, it's a small program to boost your system performance. just search it in google, it's a shareware. hope it helps!!!
