im sorry to ask the same equestion i have seen asked many times but i have looked at all the other answers and cant get any of them to work
i am remaking some goldeneye levels for a Unreal engine based game and i would like to extract as many of the textures as i can
i dont care what emulators or software i need to use as long as it gets the job done i just need some instruction on doing it
so if anyone can help by giving me some detailed instructions on extracting tiles from a rom i would apreciate it
it also doesnt help that the only thing i know about emulators is how to play games on them:S

sorry i know im a n00b

First, if you don't want to waste your time, better look here :

The Goldeneye mod for UT2004

To extract textures, you need the TR64 OGL v0.8.8 video plugin, copy that plugin to yuour emu plugin folder, after that, create a "Tiles" folder in your emu directory, you go in game and check the "Tiler dumper" option, go around the level to extract textures, each textures you will see (will be loaded in the memory) wil be dunpled in the Tiles folder.
