(Lylat Wars (E) )
The LYLAT WARS ROM doesn't have an error, other than it's slow in menus.

The voices are garbled, and no, it is NOT an error!

To switch to English voice, go to Language and select "English Speech" and the speech should play normally.

(Dobutsu no Mori (J) )

I believe this game has some mixed issues in PJ64.

Errors:
(core)
Subscreen delay, just as in Paper Mario and The Legend of Zelda.
(video)
errors in dust as your player runs around, gray boxes appear around the dust.
Errors on trees: see above.
Errors on beaches: the beach is black in parts
Errors in menu:Your character and the item selector will be black boxes.

You'll have to switch the first 4 options in PJ64 on the rom to "Normal" and the game should boot. Otherwise, you won't get past the Nintendo 64 screen.

This is DaPete10 signing off!
If there are any more errors in ROMs, post 'em here :)

More ROM errors!
Super Mario 64 (E)

Text is smudged. Don't download.

Mario Kart 64 (J/U/E)

The boards are nonexistent. Instead, all you'll see is
glitchy graphics. Other than that, the game runs fine.

Paper Mario/Mario Sutori (J/U/E)

Flickering in some parts. The area will be verrrrrrrrrrrry choppy.
WARNING TO SOME PEOPLE: This flickering can induce epilepsy (seisures). Please find a plugin that fixes this problem before playing.

Menu animations are glitchy. That includes the main menu, the "found item" screens, and such glitch a little.

Before starting a battle, the screen will glitch before the battle starts.

Some SFX use framebuffer that can slow the game down (example; when you use a Star ability) to 10 fps.

Yoshi's Story (U)

Some ROMs are NOT supported by PJ64. Check your games with GOODN64.

I'll add more later!

Umm, most of this is covered in the rdb already (assuming this is PJ64 specific). As such I see no use for this thread.
