We really need more details (computer specs - graphics card, operating system, direct x version etc).
My gut instinct tells me to tell you, to ensure you have at least Direct X 8.1 (minimum) installed.

I'm also having this problem. As soon as I try to run the program it tells me in a quick pop-up window (which disappears very quickly, actually took me a few runnings to fully read the message) that there's an error initializing plugins. I'm running WinXP Pro on an Athlon XP 2000+ processor with 512mb of DDRAM, a GeForce4 Ti4600 card, and using DirectX 9.0. I haven't had a problem like this with any other emulators, although this is the first N64 emu I've tried. Any suggestions?
Edit: Does anyone have a suggestion on this? Is there more information I need to provide? I'd rather not go to another Emu just because I can't get this one to run on the machine, but...
