How do you configure epsxe to read from virtual drive? Where do I find a CD Plugin that can read ISO file? Any help greatly appreciated, i really want to play Marvel vs streetfighter.

Is there anything else i need to know to play Marvel Super Heroes VS Street Fighter [SLUS_007.93].rar?

You point ePSxe's CD-ROM plugin to read from the virtual drive by assigning the active drive letter of the said plugin to that which was created by the virtual drive.

If you want to use a CD-ROM plugin that can directly use CD images, Google for CDRMooby, for example.

You won't need that unless the game uses CDDA (not that there's any harm in using it anyway). ePSXe's Run ISO option will work fine for most games.

True. Personally, I don't use any other CD-ROM plugin other than the default one.
