Is impossible make a n64 emulator for gc? Im not speaking about the nintendo's n64 emulator for gc (Zelda's N64 Injector), is about a fresh one, putting all files in a dvd.
Now exist a lot of metods to load backups and homebrew, like SD Adapter+Action Replay (gcdev.com), and modchips (Viper, Qoob, NinjaMod, etc..).
The Nintendo's N64 emulator is not very good, you can only put 1 game for disc! and you can't save. Also, not all games are compatible, only a few one.
If anyone is interesed in this and have the experience and time to make a n64 emulator or a port of a windows emulator to gc emulator (project 64, 1964 or any other), would be very good, like Xbox with Surreal (port of 1964).
If anyone want to make this project and don't have much about gc develop, should be good to see that urls:
- MaxConsole
- GC Dev (AR+SD)
- GCEMU-DCEMU
Also, if any want to make other emulator for GC, that be so good, GC need a lot of emu and have lot things to port emu easy.
