Dolphin Crases (Image Shown) BOOTING WINDOW appears

here... take a look at this....

it happens to me whn I try to open any game


Do i have an error or something... cause it crachses and I have to close it...

im running XP service pack 1
ram: 512
processor: 2.4 GHZ

so do i, but i get a window box:
D3D error
Direct3D Device creation failed!

i've tried in both Soft and HAL modes: Action Replay V1.06 & Bust-a-Move 3000 ....

winxpsp2, voodoo4500, lastest d3d core drivers (dx8 & 9 compatible)

edit: sorry, this "D3D Device creation" is a very typical issue....
i have to dig more
