Is there a way to see all the dlls which are loaded and disable the unnecessary ones (I tried msconfig but that doesn't show all the dlls)? It's because windows has to load about 5 minutes.

ummm.... well dll's are program specific ... what is loaded in one dll space does not mean it is loaded for another app .. if your slow loading then you want to see what apps are starting when you boot, also look at automatic services.
