DK 64 help

[The Hedgehog]

I need help.
I have PJ64 1.5 and a donkey kong rom that when i check to see if it is a good rom (i use romcenter) it loads up to 100% and the says "In a loop that cannot be exited, Emulation will now stop" and the emulatore closes.
I also tried it with other emulators and it simply doesnt open.
I know that it cant be my computers fault cause i saw other poeple complaining about the exact same problem.
Is this a bad rom? here's the name:
Donkey Kong 64 (E) [b1].rom

Plz smone help me

yes it is a bad rom, the [b1] means bad
